Can I order if I live outside of the delivery state?

How do I track my purchase?

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with information about the carrier and estimated arrival date. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate them.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?

First, check the "My Orders" tab on the "My Account" page to see if your order is complete. If you see your order there but do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder for an email from sales@covecrafterllc.com. If you still can't find it, please contact us and we'll make sure you get the information you need.
How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please be sure to contact us within 48 hours after placing your order and send your request to this email address: sales@covecrafterllc.com. We will cancel your order and arrange a refund for you. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled and you can only return it in accordance with the return policy. Please see the return policy to learn more.

How do I place a custom order

We welcome custom orders. Simply send us an email with your request and we will respond with a personalized quote.
How to clean the fabric?

Machine Washable

All of our fabrics are machine washable. Machine wash cold. Use cold water and mild detergent on a low/gentle cycle. Hang all covers to dry. Please note that each machine wash will increase the wear and tear on the fabric, so it is recommended to choose spot cleaning before machine washing if possible.

Spot Cleaning

We recommend spot cleaning with upholstery shampoo, mild detergent foam, or mild cleaning solvent. Be sure to hang to dry. When spills occur, remove spilled material by blotting immediately. Clean the spot or stain from the outside to the middle of the affected area (this will prevent circles from appearing). To prevent overall soiling, it is recommended to vacuum dust and dirt frequently.
Are these products environmentally friendly?

Yes! Our products are SGS certified and free of hazardous chemicals and treatments, making them safe for you and the environment.
Are these sofa parts connected together?

The individual parts of our modular sofas and sectional sofas are securely connected to each other, preventing them from coming apart while in use. When needed, the pieces can be quickly and easily released so that you can rearrange and reattach them back together.
Is assembly required?

Minimal assembly required. Your shipment includes complete assembly instructions and everything you need to assemble your new sofa.

Where do you ship your products from?

Ships from California warehouse.
Can I hold my order/can you ship it after a certain date?

Yes! After placing your order, please email sales@covecrafterllc.com to let us know the details of your request. Please remember that we need to know about your request before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, we will not be able to place any holds.
