Covecrafter is committed to creating a better furniture shopping experience from top to bottom, which includes a 60-day return policy on any Covecrafter product.
1. Buyer's Remorse Return
If you wish to return your order for any reason other than a product defect (e.g., change of mind or dissatisfaction), a 20% restocking fee will apply. Additionally, you will be fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
2. Hassle-Free Returns
Our 60-day hassle-free return policy includes free return shipping only if following conditions are met:
i, The product must be in its original sale condition
ii, Pass our official quality inspection process (to determine whether product is manufacturer defect or not).
ii, met: product passes inspection
ii, not met: product fail to pass inspection
All product returned must be in its original sale condition before we considering to do any inspection. We will not accept any returns and refunds if original sale condition is not met.
If the product returned met i, and met ii, customer will have responsibility for return shipping cost. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price.
If the product returned met i, and not met ii, customer will not be reponsible for return shipping cost. Return shipping cost will not be deducted from the purchase price.
This policy applies to all customers requesting a return under the 60-day hassle-free return policy.
* Exception: If the return is due to a quality defect in the product, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

Covecrafter will refuse any items damaged intentionally and will not be responsible for any refund and returns.
3. Return Process Overview
Initiate Return: The customer requests a return, return can be requested by contacting our email.
Repackage: The product must be restored to its original packaging.
Return Label: We confirm the request, prepay the return shipping cost, and provide a return label.
Ship Back: The customer packs the product according to logistics requirements and delivers it to the carrier.
Inspection: Upon arrival at our warehouse, the product undergoes a quality inspection.
* No Quality Defect: The purchase price will be refunded, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
* Quality Defect: The full purchase price will be refunded, and return shipping costs will be covered by us (already prepaid).
This process ensures a smooth and fair return experience for all customers.
4. How to initiate a return
Please contact customer service directly at sales@covecrafterllc.com before returning items. We are not responsible for refunding orders without first requesting a refund.
Once we receive your return request, our customer experience team will contact you directly within 24 hours with next steps.
The return process for all products must be initiated within 60 days of receipt. Receipt occurs when the last package of an individual product is delivered according to the carrier's confirmation, not when the order is unboxed.
5. About return shipping costs
For defective or damaged orders, there is no need to pay any return shipping costs, and we will provide a return label once the evidence you provide proves that the product was not damaged by man-made damage.
For any returns other than this, shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Note: Any return or exchange request for damaged or defective products requires photos that clearly describe the problem. Covecrafter reserves the right to assess return shipping costs if photos are not available.

Once we receive a returned order, our warehouse team will carefully inspect the packaging and contents. If the item is returned in its original packaging, a full refund will be issued. If it is not in the original packaging, we reserve the right to determine the refund amount at our discretion.
Upon completion of this return process, we will issue a refund, deducting any applicable costs as per the terms of this policy. The general inspection and refund process typically takes 3-5 business days from the date the returned order arrives at our warehouse, but this timeframe may vary. For updates on your return status, please contact us directly.
We will arrange a refund for you within 48 hours of receiving and confirming all your returned products, and the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
Important hint:
1. Slight color variations (determined only by Covecrafter) and hardness levels are considered matters of preference and not defects. Products may be returned within the return period for these reasons, subject to return shipping charges as described above.
2. Failure to complete the return process within 1 week after receiving Covecrafter's instructions may result in Covecrafter rejecting the return.
3. If the item you return does not meet the above conditions, Covecrafter will not be able to accept your item and will not be eligible for a refund.
